I heard about third eyes in a website and in tv shows. Has anyone heard of this and is it given to you from an unexplainable force?

Okay so I have a girlfriend who I have been going out with for about a year now, I am 15 she is 16, and lately strange things have been happening to me, and I she tells me some stuff that happens to her and I think maybe its linked but she dismisses it because I don’t think she believes in stuff like this like paranormal like and stuff.
But anyways, on to the strange things. I think I might have been having some paranormal experiences but am not sure. Like a couple of weeks ago I was trying to sleep when I had thought I heard the piano play one sound outside of my bedroom. (it is a piano that you plug in and turn on but it was already plugged in and could’ve already been turned on) So I was a bit spooked and got up and opened the door and nobody was there. So I sort of just shrugged it off and said whatever to it.
Meanwhile all my girlfriend has been really having was bad dreams that are whatever but one night recently, her dog was in the backyard when she was sleeping and she had her window open, and her dog just kept barking into her room like looking in but eventually stopped and then started up again. I just thought that was odd.
But now, Just about maybe 10 to 20 minutes ago, I am almost certain I heard a childish noise outside of my room and heard and felt a thump like somebody was stomping or jumping. So I checked and of course nobody is their. And I am the only one awake in my house.
Also my girlfriend just told me that every time I wake her up about these things she seems to get migraines and feel sick. Just a whole bunch of unusual things and I don’t know what to think about them and I need help.
Please send me feedback on what you think is happening to me or me and my girlfriend. Also, my house isn’t old, its only about maybe 6 7 or 8 years old. I have 2 cats and 1 dog but I don’t think they cause any of this, and I also used to have strange things happen before maybe when I was about 11 of 12. Things like footsteps, thumps bumps and voice sounds. But they went away for quite sometime until strange things now. So yeah please please please help.

I would be interested to hear what your thoughts are on this:
I don’t tend to suffer from visions very often but, over the past few months, I’ve been getting odd writing appear right in front of my eyes, just as I’m going into meditation, or just about to go to drop off to sleep.
The writing reads from right to left. The nearest I can find that it might resemble is ancient Chinese writing – albeit, that reads from top to bottom. The writing I get isn’t exactly the same as the Chinese writing, but it’s the nearest ‘visual’ I can find so to give you an approximation of what it looks like.
When I first started to get these visions, the writing was written on square tablets of stone. But, today, it appeared on what looked like an old computer screen (light green or grey writing on a dark green background). It also scrolled from right to left, so I could see the entire text.
The annoying thing is, I recognize this writing, but don’t know where from. Very odd.
Any one any theories?

Do we sometimes have dreams that warn us that something is going to happen to us or someone we know?
About 30 years ago, I had a dream and a real good friend that was like a father to me, that had passed, told me to take care of his wife. His wife was also like a second Mother to me. In the dream we were on a cruise ship and I had taken a cruise with his wife. In the dream I knew he had died and was happy to see him. He told me that he was only there for a short time and had to leave. I reached out to hug him and he disappeared. I woke up feeling real sad and I couldn’t get that dream out of my mind.
I told my daughter about it and she told me I should call my friend and ask her if everything is okay and I said I would. I hung up and before I could dial her number, the phone rang and it was her son and he told me that his sister was hit by a car and had died. I was in shock and I couldn’t believe it.
My first husband that died 23 years ago has come to me in dreams, but the dreams are never completed. One time we were on an Airplane together and we got off the plane and was going down an elevator and the door opened and he disappeared into darkness. Another time we were riding in a car together and he was driving and he stopped on the side of the road and told me to get out and meet him on the other side of the road because he had to turn around. I got out of the car and he just kept going and never turned around.
I lost two husbands to cancer, ten years apart. I never dream about my second husband, so I feel like he has moved on.
I have never had a dream like the one I had thirty years ago and I hope I don’t!

Something Punched My Arm
Between 5:30 and 6:00 on the morning of December 4th, I was awakened by someone (or something) nudging my arm (like one would do if they were trying to wake you up.) It irritated me, but I was so sleepy that I didn’t even open my eyes. Then, as I was drifting back to sleep, I was nudged again. I immediately thought it was my husband, but just as I was getting ready to turn over and chew him out, I was nudged again!
When I opened my eyes, no one was in the bedroom other than our little Dachshund. He was asleep in his doggy bed on the bedroom floor. The bedroom door was closed, and my husband had gotten up hours before and was at the kitchen table, drinking coffee and reading the paper, when I got up. No one else was in the house.
It has been over four months since the above happened, and I’m still perplexed (and a little scared) by what I experienced. It was not a dream. The punches in my arm felt exactly like another human being was trying to wake me up.
Now I’m a little apprehensive when I go to bed at night and when I wake up, alone in the bedroom, in the morning. Was it a ghost or God or my guardian angel? Or something more sinister?
I would appreciate anyone help anyone can give me.

Note: I have had other paranormal experiences (Shadow People and spirits, to name a couple) but I have never been physically touched, until now, by an unknown entity.

Hello everyone! I love reading the questions and replies here though I have never made a comment myself. I treid thinking of a question but never could until now.
For quite awhile I have been experiencing what they call sleep paralysis. This only started happening after my accident (car wreck – which requires me to take medication every day for pain). I was talking to a friend about it and how I thought it was so strange that I had never had anythinhg happen like that at all until after the wreck. Well, she told me that it was probably the medication that was the cause of it. I havent talked with my doctor or pharmacist yet but I do plan to.

I had a dream a couple nights ago, I’ve never had anything like it before.
I have a fenced-in lot, and sometimes my dog gets out when I open the gate to get the car out, but I don’t pay much attention because he doesn’t go anywhere. Ill be gone for an hour or so, and when I come back he’s waiting for me at the gate. But the last few times when I got back home, he’s been back in the yard. I didn’t think much of it, there’s probably a hole in the fence where he gets back in. It wasn’t a big deal, like I said he doesn’t run off or anything.
But a couple nights ago I dreamed that I saw him get through the fence by a eucalyptus tree where the top part was mashed down. This morning I went out to take a look at it, and right at the tree the fence was smashed down where the power co. cut some of the limbs off the tree to get them away from the power lines. It was exactly the same as my dream. I’ve heard of dreams like that, but that’s the first time that’s ever happened to me.
Is there some kind of an explanation for dreams like that?
