Out Of Body Experience And Evil Spirits

Hi, I am Shashank from India, I am having out of body experience since I was a child. I am 26 now and it happens rarely. I happens when I sleep on my back straight so i feel very terrified sleeping that way but whenever during sleep I come to that position I fell this. I can see my surroundings and feel like a balloon who is going up I have to hold ceiling or other things to stop myself from going up as I don’t know where I end up. When I wake up I feel pain in my muscles as its hard to come back for me so I don’t sleep that way.

Last night I had the same experience and I felt that someone is holding my thighs and not allowing me to go to myself, I was at my legs and it was taking me back, after long holding myself I felt that I slipped form its hands and entered back and I just woke up. I saw but nobody was there, in the morning I checked my thighs and there were rashes on my skin some cuts was also there. I checked my bed but there was nothing there which can do damages like that. It seems like nail scratches.

Can you please tell me how to deal with it & how to stop this experience.

How Do You Feel In This Age of Disbelief?

When all things otherworldly are now fodder for humiliation, how does that make you feel?

Does anyone else feel offended by the taunts hurled by nonbelievers if you express belief in a divine creator or an afterlife? If you tell some of them what you’ve seen, heard and/or felt, you’re labeled an hallucinating moron. I don’t like it at all.

Maybe it’s just me, but personally, I find it rather distressing.

Why Am I Always Seeing 11:11?

I’ve been seeing the time or number 11:11 for the past two years. It is now happening daily.

Tonight one of those digital dashboard clocks that show you time, weather, websites was stuck at 11:11 am and it was about 10:20 pm. It wouldn’t change until unplugged and plugged back in.

Has anyone else been having this experience and what could it mean?

I don’t wear a watch but no matter how I go through my day something will cause me to see the time when it is exactly 11:11.

Why Do I Keep Seeing The Number 11?

Back in April I’d started meditating and afterwards I started seeing the number 11 everywhere. Not just on clocks but my train ticket would have 11 on it, a car would have 11 on it. One time I checked the clock and six times in one day it had been 11 minutes past when I’d looked.

As it got more and more drastic I started seeing the number 41 everywhere also.

It started to stop and I didn’t see the number for a while, but this past month I’ve been seeing it everywhere again.

I just want to know if it’s some sort of message for me or anything?

More of a statement,
After having been in O.T.O. and other such groups, a formal degree in Religious Studies and so forth thru my MA, I can tell most here are not as in the know as I would have hoped. I too have been seeing 11:11 since my early twenties. It stopped and started up at various times in my life when stress seemed most prevalent and I needed to believe, have faith, in something greater than just belief in myself, which is foremost the teaching of the Great Planners’ Wisdom for (all)… To know oneself, to love oneself and to trust (in) oneself, not in God first, as debatable in many circles.

The Origins of Halloween?

It is fast approaching that time of year where kids dress up and go door to door saying, “Trick or Treat!” and people all around are having costume parties, etc…

My question is where did this custom come from?

How did we come to celebrate this holiday and where are it’s origins?

I would be interested to hear everyone’s take on this Auspicious holiday of Halloween or All Hallows Eve!

Who Visited My Father?

I’ve heard this story from 2 credible sources: my mother and (paternal) grandmother.

Apparently as a boy,(late 50’s,early 60’s) my dad had a late nighter visitor accompanied by brilliant light. Light sufficient enough to awaken my grandparents a room away (& separated by 2 closed doors). Grandmother opens dad’s door to a now darkened room, flips on the light to find dad sitting calmly, thoughtfully, on the edge of his bed. He explained that an angel came to him, telling him he would not live to see 30.
Mom backs up this story.

Dad told her he had to be married young and have children because he didn’t have much time. Of course she thought he was full of it, but they got married at 16, had my brother immediately, followed 4 years later by yours truly.

He left this life at age 27, in 1981.

I’d really like to know just who paid him that visit .

Why Are Ouija Boards Bad?

Halloween is fast approaching and with it comes tales of ghosts, goolies, monsters and witches. If taken in the right spirit (pardon the pun), Halloween should be a fun, light-hearted affair – people dressing up, trick or treating, a bit of a giggle and generally using it as an excuse to party with your mates.

But unfortunately, there are those who decide to actually step away from the superficial side of Halloween and dip their toes into the darker side – ghost hunting, séances, or…. (cue; sinister music) the dreaded Ouija board.

But why does the very utterance of the name Ouija put the fear of God into so many people? It is sold as a toy, right? How can it be dangerous if it is marketed as nothing more than a harmless game to play? You can buy them anywhere – eBay, Amazon, general stores etc.

I personally think it is a far cry from being an innocent toy and, in my view, it should either be banned (preferable) or have a minimum age restriction placed upon it so children can not buy it or have access to it (the same as with alcohol, cigarettes or the film industry). But what do you think?

Apocalytic Visions or Ascension Visions?

This question arises from the discussions we are having on another site here.

Why is it that some people only see Apocalytic or biblical type visions (Judgment day), while other people are seeing visions of a bright happy future, sometimes supported by channelled messages from entities such as the Galatic Federation (ascension), while others again see visions that seem more related to science fiction, such as aliens descending upon us all (invasion)?

Is Our House Really Haunted?

Are we crazy or is it possible that there is something paranormal here?

We moved into our house 2.5 years ago; we bought it brand new but it was already built so we were not part of the design/color/etc. Our house was just a house to us until May 2012. Our first child was born in November of last year.

Starting in May strange things began to happen. On that night in May, we had a guest over and the three of us took pictures outside at night. When we were comparing pictures inside I noticed orbs in the pictures and made a comment when suddenly all of our lights went out. It was only our house; our breaker had suddenly popped. A month later or so I awoke one night to find a pale older woman with grey or blonde hair wearing a floral pattern dress at the foot of our bed watching my husband. I ignored it and told myself it was in my head. But so much began happening that we could no longer just ignore it.

Doors would suddenly open and close with no apparent explanation- the AC had not just turned on or off. The lights would turn off & on. My husband and I have both witnessed a tall man walking through our house many times. He walks from the back bedroom to our bedroom and from our laundry room to our bedroom. Only on two occasions has this really scared us. One time as I was walking by, a mirror that had been leaning against the wall suddenly flew forward as if thrown and shattered on the ground. Objects from the table will fall on to the ground as if thrown with no one around. We have heard screams and voices, as well as hints of smells with no explanation. The TV would suddenly change channels or the volume would increase or decrease all the way or turn on or off without anyone around. We also feel watched many times, as if there is someone else in the room.

Sometime at the end of summer, we went to a flea market and bought an antique grandmother clock. As we were loading it into the truck, the seller confessed to us that the chiming part of it didn’t actually work, and she would refund us because she knew we were excited about it. We decided to keep it anyway and brought it home. When we got home, we polished it off and put new batteries in it. Suddenly it began to chime and we were excited. But it was too strange for us and would chime at odd times. It never chimed at the hour, half hour, or quarter hour. It was very random with the times that it would chime. If a door suddenly opened for no apparent reason – chime. The breaker suddenly popped for no reason – chime. Lightning struck – chime. The phone rang – chime. We ended up taking the batteries out of it after a month because it was freaking us out.

We started realizing that it may not just be in our head when we both would see the same things happening, and we started to be extra conscious of things such as turning on the lights, making sure the doors are closed, locking doors, etc. One afternoon a group of neighborhood children came to our door to sell us raffle tickets. Our husband answered and I was rocking the baby. As my husband was filling out the information onto the raffle tickets, one of the little girls asked him who the man was who just walked behind him. When my husband explained that there was no other man in the house, the little girls started telling us about how everyone knows our house is haunted; they told us that they have seen strange lights appear/disappear or the curtains would open with no one there.

We took the advice of friends and decided to cleanse our home with sage. We went around the house and came to the living room last. As we walked around the room, the tv (which was on) suddenly became static-y, and the volume turned all the way up, then all the way down. When my husband walked away from it, the tv went back to normal. It didn’t stop any of these things from happening.

We have been more conscious of making sure our doors are closed and locked. We make sure the lights are on or off. It has become very apparent to us that something else is going on. Two nights ago as the final straw for me I suppose. We went to bed, closed, and locked the door. We even double checked. The three of us sleep in the room together. Our cat was sleeping with us that night. I felt a presence in the room and it woke me up but no one was there so I went back to sleep. I felt it again and sat up in bed to find the door suddenly wide open. I woke my husband up and we checked the house to make sure no one was there. The AC wasn’t on and had not just shut off. As we were going back to bed, we locked the door again and heard movement outside the door. Again, no one was there.

I’m not really sure what to make of all this. Are we crazy? Is our house really haunted? Is there any harm in leaving the spirits alone?

Angels of Punishment – Good or Bad?

Further to Ama’s comment on another thread:

“I don’t believe Jesus’ God had an angel of wrath. It’s just totally out of character.”

I have decided to share part of a conversation I had with a friend, to see what you guys all make of it.

First of all, this is not about the Wrath Of God (Rogziel) angel, but another angel of punishment, Kushiel, (Rigid One of God).

Brief background:

My friend has recently experienced a couple of very odd encounters with people he has never met before. By odd, I mean they have told him things that only he knows (not even his wife knows some of the stuff being told) or things that only he and I know about, that involve things of a spiritual matter. In all cases, the messages being delivered are negative in nature and make bold statements as to the origins of the messenger working through the stranger. (In other words, the strangers sound like they are in some sort of possessed state, but act rationally in every other respect)

It all came to a head with his latest encounter involving a total stranger (the wife of a new client of his). Basically, she kept referring to “we” when she talked; ie “we are” or “we know” or “we have” or “we will” etc. (reminded me of the Exorcist, as she relayed the messages to him … thankfully, no pea-soup – hahahaha!).

I won’t relay the majority of the encounter on here, just that she tried to seduce him but then, when he spurned her, she started goading him by attacking me (verbally that is) not psychically. Now, this woman didn’t even know my friend and certainly would NOT know my spiritual persuasion nor me. But, she gave very accurate description of me to him (things that only he and I know) to let it be known exactly whom she was referring to, to my friend. She referred to me as his ‘little friend’ (in a condescending way).

Something she said during the course of this weird experience struck a nerve with my friend. Now, I was always taught; rule number one: never rise to the bait – they love it when you do that! But unfortunately he did just that, which gave the thing inside the woman a great deal of satisfaction and so it continued. As it did so, it spouted off the various names that it has been known by. All of ancient Greek or Latin origin – strangely. The end result, and incensed by its Vermont attack on me (remember, the woman doesn’t know me nor my friend) my friend did the most stupid thing he could think of and threatened to get me to come sort her out. (Yeah! Thanks mate! LOL!) But, and this is the really curious part, rather than laugh off the idle threat, the woman (or whatever was inside her) took a step back in total horror (genuine) and said “Please! No! Don’t return me to Kushiel!”

OK so I’ve left an awful lot of what went on and what was said out of this post (too sensitive for public viewing I’m afraid), but the main point of this story is this; my friend did not know who Kushiel was – hence why he was telling me of his experience in the first place. So I enlightened him.

KUSHIEL

Judeo-Christian folklore, meaning “Rigid One of God”, who punishes individuals in Hell. In Hebrew writings, Kushiel is one of seven angels of punishment along with Hutriel, Lahatiel, Makatiel, Pluriel (also written Pusiel), Rogziel and Shoftiel. As a “presiding angel of Hell,” he is said to punish nations with a whip made of fire, although, along with the other angels of punishment, is reported in Second Book Of Enoch to dwell in the Third Heaven.

So – the question I would like to ask is this;

If the likes of Kushiel and Rogziel (Angels of Punishment) are deemed ‘evil’ or ‘dark’ why are demon’s so scared of them? Demons are only scared of Angels that work FOR and are A PART OF God, do they not??

Channeling Spirits; is it Safe and Has Anyone Ever Done it?

Hello Everyone!! It has been documented throughout history and in many cultures of the practice of Spirit Channeling; the belief that a ghost or spirit can take over a living human body, supposedly to deliver messages. My question is, “Has anyone ever done this? Is it something you would recommend?
