Paranormal Q&AAn object from my childhood of 40 plus years ago appeared on the floor of my bedroom. These were given away after I moved out at 16 and never have seen them or anything like them in past.
Wondering what type of message my mom is trying to give me. She has been gone for 15 years now.

When I was young my sister cousins and I found my grandmothers antique Ouija board in an old trunk at our cottage. I can’t remember specifics but I remember weird things would happen. We would try to summon our grandfather who had recently passed. When we asked for proof that the spirits were there certain objects around the cottage would shake like the TV. That’s when my grandmother took the board away Locked it up and hid it. But I got my parents to get me one. Again I don’t remember specifics but I remember my friend and I “communicating” with some “evil” spirits and again things would rattle and shake and we didn’t play it much after that. But I have always seen glimpses of someone there, being scared as hell, but when I looked again they would be gone.
Once I was sitting on my porch when I was young, probably around 7. I was looking across the road at my friends house. I saw this young women probably around 18 and she had long blonde beautiful hair, very pale complexion, a long white dress almost like a petticoat. She was just sitting there, smiling at me and rocking in the rocking chair. I didn’t feel scared per se, not like other times I have seen a figure. I looked away, looked back at her and she was gone and the rocking chair had stopped rocking.
I can slightly recall something happening like this before but not confident enough so say.
I’m now 27 and a few weeks ago I saw the young girl again. I went to a ski resort with my bf and his family. One night I woke up from a nightmare and being really scared I didn’t want to close my eyes and go back to sleep. So I turned over to my side and standing in the bathrooms doorway was the young girl, looking just as she did 20 years ago. She was standing there just staring at me. I wasn’t scared or uneasy at all this time, in fact quite the opposite. I looked away, I looked back, and she was gone and I drifted off to sleep.
I have no idea who this girl may be or what she might represent to me.
Now, something off topic but on.
My bf and I like to go to this certain steak house, for dinner. Twice that I’ve been there, in a row, I have tripped down the stairs in the exact same spot, in the exact same way. was weird to me but figured it was a coincidence. So this last time we were there (which was the second time I tripped on the stair), we were upstairs at the bar waiting for our table to be ready. There was a couple beside us, they got up and left , but the girl left her purse there. I couldn’t believe she so easily left her purse to the point that I was ragging on her to my bf about it. We were then called to our table. We went downstairs, I was still going on about that lady leaving her purse and how could she not be more careful. Then I overheard the waiter talking to the table beside us. He was giving them the history of this steak house( it’s an old mansion). I heard him tell them that the young woman who lived there died in her bedroom, which is now the women’s washroom. I thought it was interesting what he was saying but didn’t think anything odd about it.
Then a few minutes after that I went to get my phone out of my purse and realized my purse wasn’t with me. My bf went and checked upstairs at the bar and lo and behold it was there. I left it in the exact same spot as the last girl did. I couldn’t believe it. I went home and Googled the steakhouse. I then come to find out, it’s on the top of the list of haunted houses in Canada. A lot of people have claimed that a lot of weird things have happened to them in the women’s washroom (which is where the woman died). Also the maid hung herself at the staircase and apparently people have claimed to see a little boy playing on the stairs as well as looking down at people eating their dinners. I’m now convinced it was the little boy who tripped me on the stairs both of those times and who knows about the purses; also a weird happenstance.
I want to get my old Ouija board and see if I can figure out who this girl is that I’ve seen now a couple of times in my life.

Thirty years ago, my older brother committed suicide in the house that my mother still lives in.
In the past ten or twelve years, she has had issues with various appliances being super noisy, even after being replaced. (both the heating unit and the fridge were replaced in this time, both models of each prone to knocking noises but when seen by a repairman they were silent and nothing was found).
The phone rings often with nobody there when answered. There have been other occurrences that have happened to me and my daughter (who never knew her uncle, I was nine when he died) outside of my mother’s house, most notable being pictures I have of my kid when she was younger surrounded by what appeared to be bubbles or rain on a clear day.
My mother seems to see nothing unusual with these noises and what not at her house, but my sister and I are both curious as to whether or not our brother is causing them. We all go to mom’s for dinner once a week, and the noises are most apparent while we are there.
On a side note, a family friend once visited a medium who said that a teenaged boy was trying to contact him about a noisy heater. Weird, right?

When I was growing up from early childhood I would see the entities (which I refer to them as spirits) I could feel them more than seeing them so to speak. While riding in a vehicle I would sometimes see the spirits at night, but the other times I would feel them. My mom could always see/feel the spirits as well.
One time my ex-step-dad and I were going home from a hockey game. It was just us in the car going down the road to our home, when I see what looked like a white man standing in the middle of the road stark naked looking up at the night sky our headlights shown upon him from our vehicle, he then turned looked at us shielded his face from the glow of the lights we went across the road from where he was standing not long after we did so. Not even seconds later I feel on the front of my left thigh what felt like scratches, then I felt burning. My ex-step-dad then looked into the rear view mirror then started going faster. I didn’t look back to see if he was there anymore.
Another time my mom’s friend got us to come to her house. She got me to walk around in her yard to “search for spirits” I did so. I kept going back to one spot where my sensitivity was the strongest. She told me that when it rained that the rocking chair in her living room would rock all by itself, and her coffee pot would start brewing without anyone in the kitchen. It seems like I could also feel their emotions, as well. I can feel whenever they are sad, and afraid.
I used to have a demon inside of me at one point and time and I willingly had an exorcism done on me to get it expelled from me. The preacher told me that I will have really strange dreams that night, and feel out of place for a couple of days; then, return to “normal.” The dream I had was when my ex-husband, and I were sleeping I woke up and started clawing at his back. I looked at my nails, they were sharp like a demon’s nails. He awoke in my dream in pain asked me why I did what I did, I had no answer. The next morning I woke up looked at his back, nothing, looked at my nails they looked normal with no blood on them. I felt really strange that day, and the next couple of days from what they said I would.
I have more stories to tell about my experiences with spirits. So by far from all of this that I have told you so far what does this mean? Why does it seem that spirits always tend to try and grab my attention? I now always keep my guards up at all times, or at least try to and not let anymore of them into me. What do you think?

Roughly 10 years ago my uncle had visited Dominican or Barbados (not sure of which but very easily could find out), while on his trip he had purchased a figurine of a lady in a deep forest green dress with light pick flowers on it, the figure has no face and is painted a very tan completion. She is wearing a sun hat in the exact pattern of the dress and her hands are in front of her holding a small bouquet of flowers the same colour of the flower details on her dress. My uncle had purchased the figurine as a gift for my grandmother (his mother) as she’s a pretty big royal daulton collector and he thought it would be a unique piece for her cabinet.
To be honest it was no big deal, another piece of porcelain in the cabinet to the rest of the family, but as time past my Nana and Papa began to notice the figure facing the back of the cabinet instead of being displayed face on. After questioning each other about the figurine they had blamed it on their youngest son who lived in the basement apartment and had access to the house (he would have been late thirties at this time). After moving the figurine back to its original position my grandparents had simply brushed off the incident and carried about their normal lives.
It wasn’t until about a week later that my papa had noticed that the figurine had rotated the full 180 degrees to face the back of the cabinet again (which is mirrored by the way). He simply moved the figurine back to its original spot.
It wasn’t until many months had passed that my grandparents realized that it wasn’t anyone in the house moving the figurine, as time went on the movements became more and more random. For weeks on end the figure of the woman would stand still , and then one morning my nana would come to the living room and find her turned around. This happened for years.
Most of family just thought my grandparents were becoming senile and we would joke about them awaking in the night just to move the lady.
It wasn’t until about 2010 when I began to believe that perhaps something or someone was trapped within the figurine. It was a weekend evening and I was spending the night at my grandparents house (I literally live a block away from my grandparents so this was a pretty normal occurrence.

The other night, while I was watching TV in my bedroom, after I went to bed. My husband got up to go to the bath room and I dozed off for a minute, when I woke up, I saw an image starting to form at the end of the bed.
About that time I heard the floor boards creak and saw my husband walking back to bed. He walked right through it and got back in bed. I didn’t mention anything to him, because I thought our nightly visitors were gone, since I have been reciting the Michael Invocation.
I wondered if he felt anything when he walked through it, because sometimes when I get up at night, I get zapped pretty hard and I feel like I’m walking through something. He has had his own experiences, but doesn’t like to talk about it, so I don’t talk about it to him anymore.
I’m waiting for him to mention something to me, because I’m starting to hear noises again like creaking floors and bumps against the walls. I think he hears them too, because he is restless and gets up a lot during the night.

We have lived in this house for 13 years. We live in Mt. Our house was built in 1980.
Last night my husband 60 and my self 59 were sitting on our couch and were just talking. I love the monster and ghost shows as we have both witnessed some things. I told him I have never told any one this but while I am watching TV a little black thing scurries across the floor and goes under an overstuffed chair. I just see this out of the side of my right eye. He said he sees it too only on his left side. We can’t make out what it is, it is just a dark black quick thing that goes pretty fast. It is the size of a silver dollar.
Any thoughts on this?

A few years ago whilst watching a film downstairs in my house with my mum, I for some reason looked over at the radiator and saw a shadow on the radiator walking slowly but it did not reflect on to the wall above the radiator.
I did not tell my mum because I was quite taken aback from what I saw and thought it was. A few seconds later my mum said how cold the room had gone which made me think that there was something in the room with us.I’m just wondering what this could have been out of interest. I have had other experiences of seeing a tissue move on its own with no window or door open near it and bright light shine from my window at night which has never happened again.
