I was sleeping in bed last night when this thought came over me, change positions. I put my head where my feet where and vice-versa. I fell sound asleep.
I awoke about a half hour later to see this egg-shaped object with white/grey mist moving inside of it in the middle of my room. I kept staring at it and it just stayed in the middle of the room. The odd thing was I was not afraid, I kept rubbing my eyes because I wasn’t sure what I was looking at, but I definitely wasn’t afraid. I was so exhausted that I tried to stay awake and watch it but I finally fell asleep.
Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

Hello Kim,
What you have described to me sounds like a spirit orb and the fact that you were not afraid of it, leads me to believe that it meant you no harm. It could have been the spirit of a family member or a friend who has pass on and crossed over into Heaven/ The Light or it could have been your guardian Angel communicating with you.
What do you have going on in your life right now? Do you have any health concerns or worries as of late? Trouble sleeping? How was your nights rest after the visit? I know you tried to stay awake, but my guess is that your visitor was trying to sooth you in some way to help you sleep. My feeling is that you have nothing to worry about and if you had a great nights sleep, you have your guardian to thank! Luna T.

An oval object with moving mist inside it .. how big was it? Did it seem to have an internal light? Most spirit orbs are quite small, completely round, and don’t have moving mist that I have ever heard of.
Who told you to turn yourself upside down in bed? Someone must have wanted you to see the object, or would you have been able to see it if you had been sleeping in the normal position?
The next question concerns mirrors .. do you have any oval ones in your room, or in the corridor, if you sleep with your door open .. or do you get a lot of reflected light through your window at night, because that can cause all sorts of light patterns in odd places.
