Hi I’m 18 years old. I have recently in the past 12 months seen a man in a black suit and black hat on two occasions.
The first time I was lying in bed and turning out my bedside lamp. As soon as it went out I saw a man in a black suit and black hat standing right next to me. I immediately flung myself backwards and hid under my covers.
The second time he was there when I opened my bathroom door into my room. I also suffer from sleep paralysis, and one night I was at a friend’s house for a sleepover and woke up to see a black tall shadow figure with long fingers holding onto my friend’s leg.
Could these be the shadow people and the hat man, or just general ghosts or something? Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Stephanie,
Look up shadow people and the hat man on this site and on the internet. You will find it is not an unusual occurrence for people to be visited. Shadow people are not generally anything but curious about us, if they appear to be watching us, but the hat man appears unfriendly.

Yes, shadow people exist. I have never seen any being looking like the hat man, but I would wear the White Light Shields as well if I were you since you have already seen these hat man-ish entities near you. The shields are a nice layer of protection between you and negative entities so that they cannot harm you.
